CFLO Staking: Step-by-Step

Are you ready to earn passive income while strengthening the value of ChainFlowers, but don’t know how to put your CFLO tokens in Staking? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. In this step-by-step tutorial, we guide you through the process you must follow in order to successfully add your tokens to the Standard Staking and Liquidity Staking pools.

Staking Portal

On our website www.chainflowers.io you can click on STAKE NOW, at the top right corner, or you can go directly to our Staking portal at staking.chainflowers.io.

Feel free to read the details, benefits, and descriptions on the landing page. If you scroll down, you can see our different available pools, which are Standard Staking and Liquidity Staking.

We will start with the last one. Click on Stake Now, and this will take you to the Liquidity Staking pool.

Liquidity Staking

Once you enter the “Liquidity UNI-V2 LP Staking” option, you will connect your wallet. In this case, we will use MetaMask. And as you can see, your address is auto-populated. Now, we are going to click on Stake Now. The amount of staking that needs to be entered is UNI-V2 tokens.

UNI-V2 tokens

If you don’t have those tokens, then you’re going to go to www.uniswap.org, launch the app, and click POOL in the top menu. Then you will click on View V2 Liquidity and choose Add V2 Liquidity.

Staking will be done through the pair, Ethereum and ChainFlowers (CFLO). Enter the amount of Ethereum and Uniswap will automatically match the ChainFlowers tokens to the dollar value of Ethereum. If you are satisfied with the transaction, click Approve CFLO.

Confirm that you agree to the transaction fee and click confirm. Once you have approved it, click on supply. Check the information one more time, for example: how much are you receiving? And click on Confirm Supply. Once again, take a look at the rates and if you are satisfied with them, just click confirm.

For this example, we are going to click “high”, which is recommended for a faster transaction. Once the transaction has been submitted, you can add the UNI-V2 tokens to Metamask by clicking the button and then add token.

You can check the progress of your transaction on Etherscan and once done, check again by going to your Metamask and checking that the tokens are added to your wallet. Now we are ready for staking.

Staking ETH / CFLO (UNI-V2 Tokens)

Go back to the staking portal and refresh it. Now you can see the available balance. You can copy the available balance and set it as the amount you want to stake. Or you can go to your MetaMask and get each decimal for greater precision.

Now click Submit Stake. And once again, click confirm if you agree to the transaction fee. Check the new gas fee one more time and if it’s okay for you click confirm. Now the staking transaction has been successful.

You can verify it by going to transactions and you can click to verify it on Etherscan. You can also check your wallet, and you should have zero tokens. Perfect. Now let’s do a standard staking.

Standard Staking

Return to the portal and click on STAKE NOW under Standard Staking. We already have our wallets connected. So let’s click on stake now. You can copy the available balance and put it in your stake amount.

Decimals can be included, but not commas in thousands. So make sure you get rid of them. Now let’s click on submit stake. Please confirm the transaction fee in Metamask if you agree with it. And done! Super simple!

You can click “go back” and you will now see your staking balance on the right. You can also go to your MetaMask, refresh it and you should have zero tokens. You can also go to the staking portal and click on transactions for further verification.
